Hello, and welcome to my world of photography!
I’m Athanasios Maikousis, a passionate photographer with a deep love for capturing the beauty of nature. Born and raised in Athens, Greece, my journey in photography began in the vibrant world of concerts, where I honed my skills in capturing the energy and emotion of live performances.
While traveling between concerts, I discovered the serene and stunning landscapes that became my new creative avenue. The urban lifestyle also led me to seek nature’s warm embrace at every chance. I find immense joy in the process, from the initial capture to the final print, and I take great pride in the attention to detail that goes into each piece.
I believe high-quality, large prints are the ideal medium to truly appreciate the beauty and detail of each photograph. Through my lens, I aim to create windows to other worlds, offering you an escape from the everyday hustle and a chance to bring a touch of nature’s splendor into your space.
Thank you for joining me on this journey. I hope my photographs inspire you as much as the moments they capture inspired me.
Warm regards,
Athanasios Maikousis
